Spray Foam Insulation Warranty

Envirotite Services LLC offers a five year limited warranty on the installation of spray polyurethane foam.

Envirotite Services has been certified by North Carolina Polymers, Roof-Tek, Inc., Volatile Free Inc. and BASF to apply their foam products. Our staff has received extensive training in all aspects of spray foam insulation.

All manufactures do not offer a warranty on spray foam insulation only. They do back their products to perform as specified and in accordance to their product data sheet.

The most important issue with spray foam insulation is, “who is spraying it”. Are they trained? How long have they been spraying? What temperature is the substrate they are spraying? Climatic conditions and time of year pre-determine whether you will have a successful application.

SPF Roofing Warranty

Most manufactures offer warranties for their roofing systems. Types include material warranty, 5 year, 10 year and 15 year system warranties. The best feature of a SPF roof system is they are renewable and non-prorated. The installation must be performed by a manufacture certified applicator. The installation must be in strict compliance of the written specifications and guidelines from the manufacture.

These systems offer the most effective insulation value, are self flashing, are totally adhered, light weight, sustainable, diverse in their ability to adapt to a variety of new and existing substrates, offer the best wind uplift ratings in the industry and are well recognized and promoted by associations such as the National Roofing Contractors Association.
